The original Yasaka Shear made in Japan from the highest quality Japanese steel. Yasaka Dry 6.0 is a specialized dry cutting scissor. It will, however, cut wet also. ATS-314 is better for dry cutting as dry hair will dull your edge quicker. Therefore, harder steel is best for dry cutting.
