The KM 6.5 is an all-around cutting shear. Wet cutting is rated at 9, a dry cut is rated at 8, slide cut is rated at 8. With a wider blade this is not a detailing cutter as is the C10 575 KB Shear. However, The Yasaka is made of ATS-314 at an affordable price.  Compare: ATS-314 has an *HRC of 62 ±1 and the edge will last a little longer. However, Aichi 440c Cobalt, with an HRC of 60 ±1 will have a smoother feel for wet and slide cutting.
