This handle was developed by craftsmen with the thought of those stylists with a smaller palm. A standard offset handle with the silencer moved from the finger rings to the center of the handle. This brings the finger rings closer together for smaller hands. This handle helps keep the strain of overstretching tendons with the shear in its open position.
